Performance Tweaks Section

Performance Tweaks need to be kept in the performance tweaks section! The NeroAacEnc_SSE2.dll tip is an exception, because the user would already be manually installing the original NeroAacEnc.dll file anyway, so other an a simple rename, the process is exactly the same. Although I may rethink that decision later.

This especially applies to perfomance tweaks that may compromise the stability of AutoMKV as a whole. --Nx6 09:23, 18 April 2007 (IDT)
